Yes it shows how new it is but also how old is it too....Almost forgot I had these two in my front pocket....

Yes mate and I can't wait to hit the area where Phar Lap was stabled... Saving it for a weekend dig... Now if only I can find a couple of horse shoes and then get them authenticated as Phar Laps... :Y:

Managed a few hours today before being washed out by a rain storm...Of course I went back to Goldie Park and when I got there within the first minute of swinging I hit on a 20 Tid so I go to dig it and the detector went off again with a 32 so I dig that one first for a $1 coin, the other was a junker ring....Had lot's of fun and Goldies Galore popped up....Lots of interesting finds and a nice chunky silver bracelet..Before leaving I decide to go and find Phar Laps old stable sight and I believe I found it but the rain started up as I was digging a target which turned out to be a little tractor minus the front wheel...I shall go back again when the weather is good.

Well I went to Goldie Park this arvo and spent around 3 hours gridding a small section I never did the other days....The reason was because I thought there'd be nothing there but how wrong I was, Goldie after Goldie popped out with a $5 coin spill.... Before I left I visited Phar Laps old stable sight and picked out a few targets which I am happy with....Could the Strap Buckle be Phar Laps? Who knows but it felt awesome to detect and stand where the mighty Horse once was....
