Take it to a jeweller and ask them if they can test it for you, it only takes about 3 seconds. You can buy diamond testers on ebay for about $30 too.

Nice hunts Golddiggerart. Great stuff reuniting the purse to its owner ! Sometimes if I'm on a buisy beach I will get a couple coming up asking if can find their keys for them , always makes you feel good

Last three date nights with the wife produced some interesting finds..

Friday Dig lots of trash but I managed to pull some Gold Coins...

Saturday produced very few coins but a nice surprise finding.....Of course I cracked it open but it was past its best by date....lol

Sunday night produced some bling in the form of a nice (Pandora 925 CZ ring) a couple of Gold coins found in the one spot and my Son found a Pin which looks nice...Could be Gold Plated it rings as a -3 .... 3 on the 505 I know my White gold ring is a 3 .... it looks good.

Yeah B5 I wish I would find my first Gold Ring that would be nice....at least there is a huge chance of finding the owner, I believe it was very recently lost...

Nice CZ ring mate, if anything is solid gold or silver, there should be hallmarks stamped somewhere to confirm as opposed to junk jewellery (sometimes extremely small and hard to read).
