I really enjoyed watching this guy explain quite in depth about gold behaviour and deposits in a waterbody. Certainly learnt a lot, and as he explains some of the popular theory may be less than accurate.

He has a good sense of humour, and I found his content easy to watch. Youll have to click on his channel videos to see the whole series of 5 or 6 videos, but I would recommend it.

That hurt my brain this early in the morning... i think i should have listened more in science class..

Thanks for posting the vid! He's an interesting chap. I will have to go through a few of his other videos.

Mass/weight versus velocity of water, everything sorted and stacked neatly by the reduction of velocity as the flood reduces.
E.g...
Over a week rainfall in a small catchment scenario..
Day 1-300mm, day 2-50, day 3-200, day 4-100, day 5-50..

Layers?

Compared to a single 300mm flash in 1 day..
