Tried my hand at crevicing. No gold but one silver, my only sixpence.

A magnificent find Matt.... I love crevicing for silvers by the sea side when I get a chance too, they have an afinity with clay :D

Reading your thread ship of fools, looked at your avatar, looked again, there it is
hanging on my wall, or very much like it. From my grand fathers house, who worked
on a ship that was sailing between Africa and Australia ,1800s. He fled Prussia and
ended up in Africa, then the ship sank off Sydney, where he swam ashore and made
Austalia home.

I do like a good story, and that's right up there!
I wish I could add too it but that would be figments of my wild imagination!
I am but an oarsman chained to the oar staring out the porthole,,,
