Post your February FIND of the month entries below this post. Good luck everyone.

Please refrain from commenting on every find.

FIND OF THE MONTH RULES: Please read.
The find can be any object (including gold nuggets and gemstones found in one hunt, TOKENS, or coin spills of 3 or more) but MUST NOT be a single identifiable Coin.
The item entered must be detected AND dug by the member entering it.
The item must have been found after joining the forum.
The item must be found in Australia.
You must have also posted a picture of the find in the appropriate section to be eligible to enter a monthly award. ( Members finds, Gold detecting show and tell or wherever you normally post you finds.)
The find submitted must be found in the month the competition is active. (Items found on the last day of the month can be entered in the following month's comp)
The post with the DATE item found, must be accompanied by a picture of the find and a short description.
The item entered must be clearly identified. Where possible, the only item in the picture should be the one that is being entered.
Find of the Month will be decided by member votes using an online polling system.
Maximum 2 entries per member
All monthly winners will be entered into the Find of the year competition and a small prize will be up for grabs.
Please refrain from commenting on every find as this will just make it difficult to keep track of the entries. Thanks.

IF YOU HAVE NOT FOLLOWED ALL OF THE ABOVE WITH YOUR ENTRY, IT WILL BE REMOVED. You will now be sent a PM asking you to read the rules before re-entering. This is just so we don't need to chase dates, wait for PM replies, and modify posts

Found 5th of February with pin pointer , certified 27 diamonds (white 6.3 karat) on a certified yellow gold 22k bangle . Value confirmed . Certification for insurance purposes in process. Happy days!

I'm afraid that I would be reporting that find to the local police. Else if someone see's it on the forum and reports to the police, there is a possibility that you may be charged with stealing by finding.

Thanks for your concern Pablo, similar, at length discussions have been held on this topic before on the forum, members here are aware or should be aware of the rules regarding significant finds and are most likely mature enough to make the right decision regarding the correct action to take.

Cheers
