Sit it on a glass for non shakey still shot while you zoom in to the required size.

you just want a good clear shot of the object.(so you have to zoom a little at this stage)

you can also zoom in on special features such as markings.(full zoom for this if needed)

got this find the other day, but had it soaking in water.

My phone is just a calculator :/ :lol: :lol: I'm using a Canon 16 mega pixel cam, but try and use a small setting so I don't have to use the resizing thingo :lol: :lol: I've stepped up a size from small setting so should take better ones just gota get the light right :Y:

When I was using a camera I new (from experimentation) just how far to zoom in so the pixelation was just perfect for straight upload to the forum ,... if I didn't zoom it wouldn't work for me, but, it was on about 8mp, I think 12mp was the highest resolution .

Ahhh, I'm doing it at full zoom out just close range, Might have to pull a tripod out so I can be shakey :8 sometimes it takes a few shots to get it focused nicely :Y:

Nice pics mate. When I take a pic I use the phone light, I then back off a bit and zoom in until I get the desired size, your pics are way better than mine anyway. :Y:

Nice hunting again B5! Dont forget to try and teat various magnifying glasses, specs, loupes etc in front of phone camera too for clear shots! I cant get a clear photo unless I have direct sunlight. Any shade and the photo turns out poo :N: keep it up man!
