For me and like a lot in the same boat, to buy prospecting gear is all most out of reach,
I am struggling,
At the end of the day you have to ask your self is this all worth it?

If you think your mate or a close friend has changed in anyway, ask are you OK,
Learn how to make home made snags. Buy an Aldi mincer and a cheap ebay sausage filler. Orange farm hardware supplies on the net supply casings and mixes and you can put ANY meat into them ad it will taste great! (I bet I could make Fox sausages and you would love them.lol) Make your own snags for $5kg or less. Buy pork shoulder etc when it's on special for $5kg and mix it with anything. Meat will last over 1 year in freezer if vac bagged in a cheap aldi vac bag machine. Heck even cheap freezer burnt meat is still ok to use in snags as a bulk filler. Lotsa of people will give you free older stored/frozen meat that is not up to the lifestyles of the rich and famous set!
