6" Jaw Crusher

G'Day Guy's,
Over the years I have posted about this crusher and honestly it's just taking up room in my shed, so it is time time to get it finished and sold as I won't get the chance to use it.

Now when I did have it working with that old 10hp Honda motor it did crush the rock nicely then the oil leak on the engine was too much for my shed so I had the idea of setting it up with that hydraulic motor I have here.

If a member is interested we can talk about how it's going to be powered as the cheapest option would be a new motor where going hydraulic will be the more expensive option.

When I can find some time after this weekend I will take a few pic's which will go along way.

So basically the fixed plate and movable plate are Bizalloy 500 and the grab tracks are welded on using TC16 welding rods. Now to get the reduction form the motor goes to a lay shaft then to a second lay shaft to the final drive where ratios can be changed using V-pulleys.

Sorry to take so long and as I'm on my shed laptop had to reset my password, now here is a front view of the crusher showing the dual spherical bearing setup which is grease filled. Now I also put a grease nipple under so when greasing the old grease can be purged out once the nipple is taken off. Not the moveable jaw plate has a 10mm swing and can be removed easily when required.
