I take Bispro, and if I don't keep up the fluids as well, it will knock me off my feet, literally. I was out with Gold Prospecting Australia last year around Wanyarra and hadn't taken my water bottle with me. Next thing I had to lay down on the ground and wait for the dreaded dizzies to leave me. Was alright after a while but it scared those around me.

We watch all these warnings about over weight, over eating, not enough exercising, too much booze but nothing really sinks in until we we get a scare. I suffered with chronic asthma all my life until I started playing squash because my wife wanted to get back into the sport after back surgery. I was 49 when I started to play my first ball sports ever. By about 55 I threw my asthma medication away. Now I know I have to stay active or I'll come crashing down again. Mrs M has too many bad bones to play like she used to but the geocaching keeps us fit.
