Hey Nugget, one suggestion: Maybe if you announce the raffle a couple of days before the tickets go on sale, people who are really interested will have some notice to go online and get them. It would minimise people who log on only to find out there is a raffle, and oh, all the tickets are sold...

All a learning curve. Giving pre notice of the time the ticjets go on sale is a good idea.
I bet the server will be groaning under the pressure on Tuesday.

Due to the overwhelming response and after much deliberation, I will be releasing a further 1000 tickets for our Easter Raffle AND increasing the prize pool to $2900. This means that all existing tickets and newly purchased tickets will go into the draw to WIN 1 of 3 Minelab X-TERRA 705 Gold Pack Metal Detectors as well as the runner up prizes.

The second wave of tickets will go on sale @ 6PM Tuesday 18th March and will be sold on a first in first served basis. Once these tickets have sold out there will be NO further tickets released for this Raffle.

New Rule: Only one (1) major prize may be won per entrant, however major prize winners are also eligible to win additional runner up prizes.
