There was lots of lead shot. Dug at least 30 - 40.

Same deal for me yesterday. Dug a fair bit of trash and only got 6 tiddlers. Any day you get any yellow is a good day I figure. Good work fellas, nice finds!

Ten days into my third trip for the winter. The larger pieces sure are elusive although my mate picked up a 17 gram nugget today. The largest I've managed is 7.6g, a few two grammers. Sub gram seems to be the most prolific. Tally for the three trips 73 grams.

A nice bow tie shape and the rest.

Good work Coota ....... WA seems to be the place for finding quantity of larger nuggets, that is compared to Vic GT.
I just drool over all the reports coming in from WA, and can't wait to get over their for a detecting trip.

Nah dam it. The top one's just a bit of gold plated pliocene fish scale - about 4m years old. Boring as all bat **** - must have a hundred myself :lol: The other 4 look great though Knew you'd post some nice pieces to brighten our day!
