First post guys, managed to score this after a few years scouting my favourite creek. Found the nugg under an old tailings pile and 6inches down sitting on clay and popped up ontop of the shovel Came in at 14.5grams. Rest was caught in the river sluice.. hope the photos work erfect:

Welcome to PA Kluso85, great first post erfect: :clap: your well and truly onto all good spot keep that quiet :beer: not very often a nugget that size is found by wet processing thanks for sharing.

Definitely a unique find, if it wasnt sitting on top of the shovel I dare say it would of rolled straight out of the river sluice was meant to be I guess. Was found in a straight run of the creek aswell no insides bends, just a good clay area that has piles of rocks built up. 6-8inches of overburden and lightly scraping the clay done the trick. More to come next time :Y:

Got a bag of paydirt from Golden Spears

Just panned it out

Did my normal set up

Before I panned it I went through it and found my first lot of devils dices I think it is :lol: :clap:

I panned the paydirt out in 3 Lot's..

I found this lot a tad harder to pan only because I should of maybe crushed it finer but will crush it again at a later date

Did i found a few picker and some real fine gold

There seam to have a lot more tin in this lot and was warned about the tin

But I am still happy with it tho
