Yeah some of it does , the ones from the creek do the nuggets further up into the treee line dont , they look totally different in terms of smoothness , some are mixed with a grey/ Silver metal which is surprising Wally

It might be mercury attached to it Dan, be careful with those bits. You can cook it off outside with a good breeze and a blowtorch or oxy, just don't inhale any fumes.
 
Another bag of sample dirt from same spot, total for 2 bags approx. 20kg... its getting bigger :p

When I was in Bathurst and started to work dry ground I found it heaps more challenging and that the sluice/highbanker
was limiting me to the 'easy' ground...

I did get two specks in my first ever pan, but nothing as exciting as that. What else did you get, and was the bit from a crevice?
