Thought I would post links to some live rocket launches for those interested.

Today's launch at 12.30 pm NSW time is from New Zealand. Rocketlab's 2nd test flight of their Electron rocket. First commercial payload of 3 cubesats. This will be the first time satellites have been launched from NZ.

Watch it live here...

Rocket Lab postponed the launch of its second trial rocket until Tuesday after cancelling its launch on Monday afternoon.

Rocket Lab spokeswoman Morgan Bailey said the launch was cancelled due a mix of atmospheric conditions and space traffic.

The Electron launch is set for 12.30pm NSW time tomorrow. Live streams will be on the links I posted above. Let's hope the weather holds out this time.

The next exciting launch is a Falcon 9 full thrust mission taking a load of cargo to the ISS in the Dragon capsule. The launch is scheduled for 03.46am on Wednesday. I will be at work so hopefully I will get to watch it.

SpaceX has the best coverage by far. Cameras all over the rocket as well as drones and ground based cams. All very exciting to watch.

Live streams are......

Just woke up. I'll update the new launch time when I look into it. The countdown got to 2 seconds and the rocket engines actually fired up then shut down immediately.
Seems the Spacex Falcon launch has been pushed back a day as well. There is an Ariane 5 launch from French Guiana at about 5.30 in the morning. I'll post live stream links when I get to work hopefully.
