After finding no sapphires at multiple places, I'm starting to wonder if there are sapphires at the beaches next to point leo. My book says that Tulum/Balnarring beach has sapphires, and as far as I know you can fossick there. Very pissed that the one place where lots of sapphires were found in Victoria is banned now...
