what's your best tally for the day?

$3.10....Sadly lacking behind...but have only been out for a few hours over 5 different days with the 705

First day ever with a detector 40 cents
2nd day at the beach for 30 mins 10 cents....and a distinct lack of signals....good or bad...I think local Aldi owners might hang out there.
3rd day $3.10 in an hour....Miss and I got a kick out of this....we are learning
4th day $2.15 in a rain shortened trip....less than an hour.
5th day at local park where day 1 was......not 1 coin....was gutted.

id say very few i have done 110 in a day and it was very hard work and a lot of hours i dont think anyone would beat this record set in SA if im correct

Well it depends if it's coin only. I found over that within 15 minutes of walking kngl the beach with the opal ring. If we talk coin only then you beat me, but the Oldman reckons he bumped into a guy detecting at the beach and said 4 blokes split $2000 after womadelaide in one day

Yeah, I spotted those guys behind the fence at Womadelaide, one guy had what looked to be a 705 with a WOT, talk about exclusive pickings. Don't think I've found more than $20 in the one sitting, I prefer to look at a long term rolling tally, makes me feel like I am actually getting somewhere. :lol:
