Found these guys around another boat ramp, there was 4 of them. I think they are eagle rays, there was 1 other massive big black ray. Will wait for a sunny day and better photos and a high tide to see if I can hand feed ?

I waited but within a minute of me throwing the Salman caccasses to the pelicans, the big guy showed up.
