What are these items???

Hi all
Found this at the bottom of a mollock heap about 700mm down about 4ft away from a vertical shaft. They almost look like chisel bits for some sought of large drill.

One is a lifter two are chisels and ouch! I've just put my neck out! possibly rail gear

parks is right with chisels and lifter the last piece is a broken small hammer or pick head split of past the handle and missing the point
