What are the fines in various states for prospecting without licences?

I like the wording - "must offer to sell or give the holder of a mineral tenement in respect of land to which the survey relates copies of any data and reports of that survey"

So if my maximum fine is $77,000.00 then the sell price for my survey would surely be about $140,000.00 I would think.

Secondly, it mentions tenement holder, so if you are "not" under any tenements you would not have an issue you would think. You could argue that it was just recreational fun as there are no tenements in place. Therefor no commercial value.

Hopefully I don't have that issue in a few weeks with the WA guys? because the drone will be in use.

It makes very little sense because this was written at a time when the latest technology were mobile phones and portable CD players. Oh, and Windows 95.
