Well done fellas.
Cheers mate. Haven't been very productive over summer unfortunately but spent a lot of time with my kids and that's worth more than gold. The brews turned out pretty good given a few more days, was a pity about the fridge because I drank most of them warm hahahaha. I'm actually about to bottle up a batch right now. We've missed you - pity about the brew.
Yeah I know they will taste much better if I leave them to age, some beers anyway. I'm mostly making pale ales, prime with white sugar when bottling and keep over 18 degrees and they are carbonated and ready to drink after 7 days. Even that's a bit too much of a wait for me so I plan on getting kegs, keg and force carb and your drinking that night if ya keen enough hahaha. I only have 2 fermentors at the moment so I can only make about 46 litres at a time, I will need another fermentor probably a 50 litre job and a kegerator this summer so I best pull me finger out and rake in a few decent nuggets.Hhmmm, I home brewed for over 25 years and never drank anything under 4 months old. Mind you I had 20 X batches of 24 longnecks.
Drank the oldest and replaced etc. Even in a controlled environment I couldn't get the 2nd fermentation to finish in 3 weeks.
Find a big one mate and get yourself a pallet of crownies.
That sounds like the go haha, Pity a bus won't go where I go and I have no keg room in the cruiserWe met up with a guy and Mrs guy at Dajarra travelling in their own bus converted to a home on wheels and he had 3 kegs on the go all the time. I don't know how he got from A-B?
