Found use for all those stupid used masks blowing around in the truck cab. Protecting my fruit from parrots.

I have built bigger nets for the more productive trees but this works for the ones with just the odd fruit here and there.

Nice pics mate. Bit disracted listenning to girl from ipanema. O used to play it in our dance band -the dutch guitar player had a great voice as well as Besame Mucho which we sang all the way home after a nights performance.

Me dear old Mums pineapples (grhs),....
Thought I'd best put them in the ground, as the wheelbarrow had a lot more water in there after that rain.
Pile of weeds pulled out, and the soil looks good enough without any attention at all from me..... I put them all together so I'll still know what's what.

The rear one has had a pineapple already, so only the sucker (closer) of those two will continue to grow on.

I have a couple of others of mine growing nearby in the same situation, so I think they should do well
