Valuation of a explorers who find gold

Good afternoon, Im new and have been trying to value a explorer that may have found one million ounces of gold at 6gt. (Open cast)
How would this translate into valuing the mine?
As far as Im aware the minor has no debt.
If to be sold to a larger company what could be expected, or listed.

It is only one of a number of factors - superficially it sounds good but you say "may have", and do not say if it is a private or public company. Is it a publicly released Jorc resource or not? If not, one can have issues legally as well as it being unreliable. If so, it is no secret and the company will be valued accordingly.
