Rob, I have absolutely no issue with those who hunt for their food. I eat meat, and others kill it for me.
Demand creates supply. I understand.
I only have a problem with those who like to kill,; get filmed doing it for profit but don't need what they kill.
These guys seem like that kind IMHO.

To me, it looks like they film eating a tiny bit of their kill to justify their actions.
Basically (IMHO), they just love the hunt and the kill.
Would be interested to see a show where they are the prey and how they think/react to being hunted.
I know I'll get hammered here, so fill your boots guys (and gals)......

I haven't seen the show and not in a rush to see it.

When I hunt for a feed it's humane and I use every bit of the animal possible when I hunt to control pests it's humane. There's no reason for cruelty I don't accept it just like everyone else. I choose who I hunt with and don't bother with expanding this small group.

Each to their own BigWave no offence taken no offence intended.

I agree with you 100% about cruelty and consuming every edible part of the kill. The host of this show totally reflects those principals, hunts a specific breed, targets the oldest males, never females & young males, never shoots unless he can guarantee a clean kill and all kills have permit tags, then backpacks ALL the meat out of the wilderness.

I love animals and abhor cruelty, but totally respect Steve Rinella's approach to a hunt, the show is about doing everything right in some stunning locations, give it a chance.

Here's some of those sticks I mentioned. This ones for sitting. Nothing flash but your target won't know the difference. The pink string is bailing twine.
