I would have said the same once upon a time Bjay, but now I love them done in a very thin beer, or as in this case, a Ginger Beer batter, I normally just dust them in SR flour and lightly fry them in olive oil but this makes a nice change. Cheers 🍺
 
My wife likes her radishes that way, whereas me, wash it under the tap and put it on the plate. She does an excellent job always with the display and last night I told her that I should show more respect to the meal and not finish it in 3minutes.🤣🤣
we used to send about 200kg of radish to the markets years ago mackka
the vege agent said that they all were carved for the dinner plate ,he sent me some photos of their work
it was bloody mind boggling with the creations they made from a radish
