Got two feeds out of it for myself and my wife. Dinner then lunch the next day and the sauce was definitely chillier the next day, yum.

Salmon with dill sauce. Got s good sear on the salmon but the inside was just cooked and juicy.

Only two home the other night for the festival of the boot.

So I made sausage rolls and smoked pork ribs. Because I'm diabetic I make zero sugar ribs and a low carb glaze. Pretty happy with the smoke ring on the ribs. Coleslaw and jacket potato on the side.

Cheap too. Sourdough base, tomato sauce with herbs, cheese, fried onions, fried capsicum, sundried tomatoes, polish salami and pepperoni, fried mushrooms, mozzarella and black sliced olives. Bases were $5.50 for two so i think all up about $3.75 per pizza.
