Good Friday dinner with the girls and one boyfriend who was in tow...

I noted that the current Pope might not believe in hell. So I might not be going there for making 7 hour slow roasted beef ribs (cook at 110c until the meat gets to 90-95 c) finished on the BBQ with sauce. Southern fried chicken, slaw and green salad on the side.

Following the beef ribs and fried chicken we had on Good Friday, the girls requested roast lamb with the unconventional garnish of Yorkshire pudding.

This is why they requested the Yorkies...
