I'm down in Sydney for.a day, and the girls decided to get their nails done.

So I had to find something to do for an hour or so. Luckily the Archie Rose distillery is nearby.

The bar is next door to the distillery, and there is a wonderful smell of fermenting mash.

The Martini is pretty good, too.
