Couldn't resist so I bought one of these, my wife then asked me do you really want me to know where you are, damn it ;( . They are a great device and if you are interested I highly recommend "SoftRock" in WA they were brilliant to deal with.

Yesterday i went to Gympie and brought gaiters and knee pads from aussie disposals and my fly hat turned up but they gave me 4 instead of one,(bonus),and then off to Owen guns for my first new rifle ,its a .223 Howahttps://www.prospectingaustralia.com/forum/img/member-images/5587/1444467484_detecting_gear_10_10_2015.jpg

Nice Howa nicko, good gun they are, adjustable trigger too, but don't adjust it to far or safety won't work.
The old man has a Howa 30.06 we use for Sambar deer, good gun, I adjusted trigger a little & it was a bit better but the old man ended up sending it away to have the trigger machined just to get better feeling & a crisper trigger pull.
They are meant to be the 4th most accurate rifle out of the box, not too bad for the low cost of them.
Do you load your own rounds, we made up some good loads for the 223, 30.06 & 300 win mag.

I did not buy...but Missus did....complete surprise. From Central West Prospecting Supplies. :)
I can ditch my old black pan and dodgy classifier ...Missus said she no longer has to feel guilty. I bought her the same kit early last year.

Beaudesert Exhaust and tunit chip for my 120 prado-f#$k me should have got it years ago.

good buy mate CANNOT beat Beaudesert Exhaust on quality, they know their stuff will squeeze every inch of power out of your truck without blowing the darn thing. Ive used them on several 4wd builds when i lived in qld and ive had work done down in Vic thats laughable in comparison.
