Well thought it's time for Thermomix to get a run. My wife bought one on the strength of seeing how good they are as a kitchen appliance. After trying a few recipes she was hooked and is now a consultant. Moving forward I've started getting my head around it and they certainly are an impressive bit of kit.

Feel free to add your experience and favourite recipes.

Today I cooked Chicken Tikka Masala with Saffron Rice even made the Tikka sauce from scratch. It says to marinade the chicken for 3 hours but I didn't have that much time only about an hour.

The recipe is in the Everyday Cooking book and of course on the cook key. If anyone said to me here make this I would have said not a hope in hell could I do that. These machines certainly make it easy and simple for anyone even a toasted sanga champion like me :D.

The Thermomix is awesome, we've had one for several years and use it all the time. Makes the best mashed potato ever among numerous other thing. Oh yeah, makes a perfect Margarita as well. :)

Mussel pots and potato and leak soup are 2 things I've done recently. Both turned out great. :Y:

My go to dessert when ever we have freinds over is the custard :Y:
Can make it after the meal right befor there eyes and look like i know what I'm doing ;)
