As an ex butcher you handle that boner ok tuna,do you hang them or age em for a few days or are they ok straight off the bone?

Actually that was a rough as guts job for a quick video. Take your time and a bit of care and they come away beautifully!

Best to hang them for a couple of weeks Dave, but our chiller died so Ill hang them over night then into the deer freeze.

All day in the slow cooker or camp oven and the just melt

Mate.now that my kids aren't with me, I've also got my old head on so I can look like a prospector.
Otherwise I'd be beating off most ladies out here with my walking stick.
