Surf and Turf

So simple yet delicious. I cook it just for me because no one else likes Garlic. I use 12 prawns and 6 scollops and make enough source for 4 The steak I use is a porter house from the local butcher thats nearly 2 inches thick and $10 bucks for one but its worth every cent.
