Also switch auto update off. ALWAYS. If your phone works why take chances. Also there are other reasons but this isnt the place to get into that :|

Sharyn got an email from Samsung Australia with a link to update her phone to fix her problem. She did and it did fix it. Just going to see if the battery will still be as good as it was before all this happened.
