I know ive dropped a couple of bits of poo in similar scenarios. I try to remember to look up with each strong gust ( also helps the back! ) but as you know, in some areas it just cant be prevented. Bloody gums are soo dangerous and yep, they dont make a noise when they drop those limbs. Its quite scarey to go back to a dig location the day after to discover a branch or tree 5x the size of your digging area then covered. I just avoid the areas completely now on windy days, it happens too quick and i know theres no way in hell ill be able to run away if even knee deep in water. Keep safe!
