Going to be interesting watching it deploy all those satellites. It is going to spin and release all at once.

Yes they wanted to update the software and the launch site doesn't have a slot for another week so we wait.

First pics of the Starship being built in Florida. It looks a different method and this one looks more refined than the one being built in Texas. Texas ship is the last pic for comparison.

It seems you could get a job. Apparently it's a steel tank company doing the job in Texas. Not sure about the Florida one. Things I have read today suggest that the "Space coast" is a hive of high tech and space flight companies. Took a big hit when the shuttle stopped flying. These people are used to supplying high end products for the space industry.

NASA has a little comp going too, where you can win a tour and watch the Falcon Heavy launch in June... That would be cool...

That is not the Star hopper LW. That is the next step. A full sized, orbital Starship. Same thing they are building in Florida.

I would LOVE to see a live launch of any rocket.

Mrs Wolf commented the other day that she would like to see a live launch too. .. I think I better start buying Lotto tickets... I looked into that 'Space Resort' at Florida, Rates are very cheap, till a launch day...
We have a great NASA display up here ATM at the QLD Museum... Tickets are quite reasonable for what you get too see... We are going to go next month...

I am thinking I might go to NZ to watch an Electron launch. Cheapest option. Not on the same scale as a falcon or FH but still impressive. Plus they have the most beautiful launch site.

Spacex Starlink launch set for 12.30 pm 24th May.

Starship updates. It now seems we have 4 rockets being built. The Star hopper plus 2 full size ships in Texas and one another in in Florida. One of the Texas ships now has it's nose in.

Raptor engines. #1 was test fired and taken away to examine it. #2 did the first couple of tethered hops than also taken away for inspection. #3-5 have apparently been tested and up to 10 nearing completion.
Twice as powerful as the Merlin engines.
