I took A 1/2 bucket from each of these spots in the sump and got the same result..

In the view video, that big long batter is the next cell for landfill (everything from wheelie bins and junk from skip bins ect).
We are up to digging/loading out the bottom floor and all the mining slimes from the past.
Half way around the pan of that video, all the piles you see are mining slimes, it's allready been moved to there and will all have to moved again for future cells(crazy).
Once we have the bottom of the cell dug out that surface will be 500mm below finished surface. Then approved compactable ground will be trucked in to create a solid floor.
Then the whole cell floor is lined with geo-fab and plastic to contain contamination to the environment.
Then a 150mm poly pipe methane extraction system will be installed in the floor with vertical chimneys with blow off pressure valves to manage the methane.

Thanks for sharing. Scott, you would think that in 2022 the powers that be would have a better solution than covering the geo-fab with plastic, wouldn't you? however, with the amount of plastic that will be going into that tip, I suppose it really doesn't matter. Decided to take a sample from the virgin ground that appears to be a channel (approximately the same depth as the drive in the first post of this thread) and about 20m away..

When I took that bucket all I could do is feel for the bottom and scrape up the face blind.
I've done a couple of pans and realized I've diluted the gold with baron material..
