Yer just clean the residue out of them as it is legal to buy them ....but not use them (with hoota) of cause....Not every cone owner/finder....Would have recorded on video the extraction of there cones ... ...Just some advice from leasons lernt..

Each one of these lost cones is a ruined session, I wonder how many crow pecks were delivered to each stoners head from his mates for each cone lost.
