What's going to happen to all the cows? Maybe we will see adverts on tv asking us to adopt a cow instead of a kid.
I'm going to have a burger made from meat.

This stuff is nothing new, when my Mum was in Chefs College back in 1972 they had this stuff, and back then it was made from Soya, as in Soya Beans, It was originally invented to feed the starving millions in Biafra / Nigeria because they could grow it them selves, But some A**hole decided that Vegetarians needed it more than the Children of Biafra So it got marketed to the public and the Children never got to see any of it.

Every time I see this stuff it P****s me Off because I heard and Saw the Reps of the company who made it saying what it was for but they chose to sell it to healthy over weight people who just wanted to be stylish and the Kids kept dying and they still are to this day, Companies like Quorn and many others should be ashamed of them selves talking the food out of the mouth of Babies, :N: :argh:

LOL, looks like we will be adopting a cow every two weeks !.....

Maybe a sheep or two as well, for company with the cows.

:fistpump: :N:

I listened to the livestock markets, if any cows or sheep come up for adotion youll be up for some serious adoption fees.

Having choices is great but cant fathom giving up bacon beef, lamb chicken or fish for any substitute. I still drink full cream milk too. Every now and then while Im cutting it on the plate Im thankful for the farmers and quite sure it came from a good one.

Plant based burgers would be a hard sell to me, it would have to be overwhelmingly delicious.

Because they have now marketed the stuff, Now it's more of a case "Look At Me" I'm a vegetarian and I'm Nice to Animals, :poop:

I bet the people at the companies prefer Beef,

I would rather Eat what is Made On The Farm than what is made in a Lab, You just don't know what chemicals ya stuffing down ya throat or what the side effects are from eating Nuked Plants and chemicals give off,

I would always support the farmers before I would eat cyborg burgers,

When Kato was two years old, we went to Tony Roma's Ribs on the edge of Darling Harbour, Sydney.

I ordered a full rack, my wife half, Kato was to share some of our plates.
We asked the waitress for a small plate for Kato.

Short story... I had to give up 3/4 of my rack to Kato by the time she finished, it was a little spicy, but that didnt bother her,
by this time she was already eating Blue Cheeses, the waitress was astonished and thought we were fooling her.
She stood on the other side of the room while Kato smashed the last of her ribs, then came over with ice cream for her.
Kato didnt want it, so I ended up eating it.

LOL, she has never looked back, vegan ? over her dead body !

Good ribs they have there. :Y:

I just dont get it. If you dont want to eat meat dont. If you want to eat meat do. If you want to eat something that vaguely resembles meat but not made of meat well you got issues I do believe.

Don't get me wrong, I love meat. My favorite cut is T-Bone with smashed buttery spuds with chopped up shallot. But alas no teeth means no T-Bone for me 8.( 8.( 8.( 8.(
