Photos to video

Hi folks,

I am after a program that you can take your photos and string them all together to make a video slide show, I suppose I should get one that lets you add music so you don't fall asleep.

Me being brainless it would have to be easy and me being a cheap bastard it would have to be a free download.

Any suggestions?

A program I have been using for years, Microsoft Photo Story, free download, you can add comments and music. Trying to work out how to upload an example here.
If you go to your search bar on your PC and type in Microsoft Photo Story you will probably find it is already installed. If you need any help getting it up and running give me a yell.
