Panning at Tuena NSW

Always nice gold there. Is the crossing fixed yet?

Crossing was ok a week and a half ago, creek is not flowing at all in various spots as well as the crossing. Not sure if there has been rain since then though as the local rainfall recording has not been updated since end of january.

This property (Wyoming) is a few K's along Peelwood road where it crosses Tuena creek

Was that from the general area , or a secret spot on private property ?

Hey Gunter,

Not in any private area, just found a good spot. Even though it had been getting some attention, there was still some decent bits. The big picker in the pan (.15g) came in the first few pans, and had us excited, but returns after that were not as exciting. My mate found a bit of bedrock underwater behind which he got a couple of very good pans.

I believe that spot is know officially known as "Bazza's Crack" ]
