Things have been a bit quiet lately
Havent been on the forum or out hunting (much )
After going through everyones posts and being a long weekend ,( and not on the work roster )
I went for a bit of a drive to a place ive often thought about trying.
Researching the area has been dificult to say the least. So it was a bit of a gamble
The area has good age to it , however ,the finds didnt really reflect it.
A hell of a lot of revamping and beautifying the place is probably to blame.
What it did show though ,is a great place to play back then is still a great place to go to today

I will definitely be going back .... when all the holiday crowds bugger off

Out n about again for a few hours today ... a little closer to home this time
I didnt hold real high hopes for this site as im sure others have hunted it
When i got home cleaned up my finds and realised what i had found, i was EXTREMELY pleased with my results
A bit of a mixed bag really , including a couple of Vic pennies and a half too

I hate scratching any coin , but im glad this wasnt the good one

A first for me ... and i didnt even know i had it until i went to take the photos
