The back track
Out around Amherst today and my 4500 has packed it in.
Probably all that junk I've been finding. :(
Seems to be a speaker problem. Machines turning on but the speaker has just the lowest tone going through it. I don't carry headphones so I can't test it.
Oh well suppose I'll sit here and enjoy the scenery.
It's a nice enough day.
Then back to base to watch the Grand Final.

Was trying to post some pics. But there is no default pic resizer on these new fandangled ultra smart phones. And I'm not using any third party apps.

As for the footy I gave up following not long after the game went national in the late 80's.

Hard Luck
If your phone has an edit function in photos you may be able to crop the pic
Otherwise screen shot the pic that may work

Might be your hearing aid. :p
Disconect eververything you can clean connections any reassemble with your fingers crossed.
Not sure on speaker type but make sure theres no metal fragments on speaker face , the speaker magnet may be holding crap against diafram stopping it viabrating.

Not sure what's happened AF. Cleaned and reassembled a couple of times plus a factory reset.

Do you have a booster? Maybe thats playing up.

Nah..no booster. I suspect it's just the speaker. I'll test it with headphones when I get home.
Otherwise it'll be service time.

Yea I had a speaker stuff up on me, I think it was the plug I changed it out for a different one and its as good as gold now.

Finally made it back home. Plugged in the headphones and all is good. That'll teach me for not taking them, but I must admit I don't like detecting with headphones in case the roos sneak up on me. Ordered another external speaker.
Hopefully get back to that patch next weekend.
I'm sure there is plenty more junk waiting for me there.
