Hi,
I just bought a GPZ7000, don't have a 4WD and I live in Brisbane and I am just looking for some tips on where I can go that I can access, including some hiking of course.
Gympie looks like it may be either difficult access or mined out, ie Deep Creek. Warwick area looks ok, any suggestions?

Welcome to PA, techguru.

You've got yourself a great detector, but before you head off into the countryside, please check out the applicable Queensland rules and regs via the following links:

Good luck in the goldfields!
