For arguments sake I'm sucking up sand yabbies.
Anyway, I bought a new wilson bait pump yesterday which worked fine in the store but as soon as I used it in the water it started squaking and carrying on with ear pearcing squeals. Needless to say it completely ruined the serenity Having only the experience of using one other bait pump which did not make this noise I'm wondering if there is a trick to stop it or is it just normal? I pulled it apart and washed it out thinking maybe something was caught and scraping, and tightened/loosened the washer which when completely backed off quietened the squeak considerably but didnt suck up much material, but thats the extent of my ideas :/
Thanks in advance.
