Had a great weekend camping out with Wishful and his mate.

Not much gold found but still awesome to get away. Cold nights but beaut days.

Weeknds findings. Tried a new area and hit a small patch. 10 pieces in 30 mins, all in a square metre.

So close to 100 pieces of SA Gold.

With this lot, i'm at 98 bits.

Mmmm It looks like SDC-2300 works well! Can it be used as beach hunting and coin hunting as well?

The sdc has salt modes on it. There great at the beach and for treasure hunting.All round great machine.

I'd use it on the beach as it's easy digging, but coin hunting in a park would be impossible as you wouldn't move very far digging every tiny bit of metal.
