For example, there is a 'park' at Dunolly (actually the Deledio Reserve where the footy is played) that is Crown land and the responsibility of the DEPI so technically, if you were going to detect it, you would need a miners right. Remember, some QLD tool dug up the Maryborough (Vic) Footy Oval this year detecting and got fined.
