My father has found many .1s and even a .08g with his 4000 and 14" elite. It's an awesome setup.

Yeah i picked up a nice 0.15 bit last week with the 14" .. brilliant coil..

Hi Ihave had the 9 elite on our 4000 for a week now and this was our first nugget found yesterday.I have set the freq low and turned the gain down, otherwise it was very noisy and would react to every bump.It is very sensitive to mineralised ground but you can hear the difference it just takes a little getting used to. I think there is some more fine tuning to come.....the .2 nugget below was about 4" down on a mullock, the 9" elite picked it up easily. It also picks up mineralisation a lot, this is the only issue we are having. Maybe that's just how it runs with this machine.........I am interested to hear what settings you have found work best with yours, we are in Melbourne and frequent Heathcote alot
