Medicinal plants

Does anyone know about a plant in WA that has a track record on cancer treatment.
Read about it on a prospecting forum, but can't remember which one.
I don't have cancer or anything, but I remember doing a bit of followup reading, and need the plants name, even its common name.

The "Maroon Bush" is prolific in Leonora, WA area, it is easily identified when flowering. First look at the small pale white flower you imagine half the flower is missing, closer observation you usually see 5 petals on all the flowers (fan shaped or like your extended fingers.)

Hi Dave, I wrote about it in my epic trip story last year. I referred to the butcher at leonora who used it successfully to treat his stomach cancer. The indigenous employee made a tea out of it. Plenty of info about it on google.
