I really feel terrible for you and your family V. Take heart mate, deep down i think you realise the heart attack was quick and more peaceful in comparison. Don't knock yourself about the goodbye, you were there with him and you would never have said goodbye to him anyway in the hope that he would stay positive and keep on fighting. As for your daughters wedding, what a terrible way for her to start a new beginning, i'm sure you and your family and friends will find a way to get through this for your daughters sake. My thoughts are with you, good luck mate.
 
That's no way to go out lf this world, cancer can be so damned cruel not only to the patient, but also for the family involved (been there before). RIP, and my condolences to all affected by such a tragedy.
