The Deep creek fossicking area has been over grown for many years well for all you detectorist it has started to be slashed!!! Yep thats right 4 to 6 foot has been reduced to 4inches... the council has employed new contractors to do the job they where having trouble with the boundry map so i helped them out a lil hehehehe 
The map showed axcess areas only i got them to clear the feilds right down to the creek i have never seen it so open before never! I realy hope they dont get in to much trouble. So local lads opportunity is knocking at your door . They had a dozer parked there to !!! I dont think they will use it .... i hope they do!!
