It may have possibly been used as a Two-up coin, Marc. They usually put a cross on one side of the coin. Not sure why when it has two different faces, but that's what they do...

Well i did it! After watching a few UK detecting you tubers i finally found something they find over there and i have wanted to find. A silver victorian buckle ring!!!!!!! Sadly its broken but like the other ring i will get it repaired and polished

Only other find was this 1906 dog rego tag from a famous town here in WA. Famous for Australia's biggest earthquake that flattened the town at 6.9 on the richtor scale

I recon it was a medal with ribbon, yep there was a hole. made from aluminium sadly
